A special thank you to all of you who attended a StrollerFit or Restore the Core open house this week! We finished up today with our last open house at Stonebriar Centre for our Saturday moms!
Thanks to all of you who wore red on Friday and Saturday in honor of National Wear Red day! As moms and women we need to take our health very seriously and take steps to take care of ourselves so that we can take better care of our family!!
