This Friday, February 6th is National Wear Red Day!
"This is a day when Americans nationwide will wear red to show their support for women's heart disease awareness."
We will be sporting our "red" attire at all StrollerFit classes on Friday and Saturday!
Did you know that heart disease is the #1 killer of American women- no matter their race or ethnicity?
