Like I mentioned in the previous post, StrollerFit is running a Love your new mom Body Contest in conjunction with Baby Talk magazine! This contest will run from April 5th - May 5th!

Those of you participating in this challenge will receive:

Access to Baby Talks website

New moves (=better results!) for you in StrollerFit® classes

Nutritional Consultation via phone and email (additional costs do apply)

We will also be participating in the Biggest loser Pound for Pound challenge!

Biggest Loser Contest

The 8 week contest has begun. Let's see who can lose the most weight and inches over the next 8 weeks. The contest runs from Monday, March 23rd - Saturday, May 17th! It just so happens that Strollerfit is running a "Love your new mom body contest" within this challenge!

Those of you who are "on track" should have:

Set specific and realistic goals (your roadmap)

Are Currently keeping a food journal

Burning extra calories during the day by adding more movement to your day

Attending StrollerFit classes on a consistent basis

Dallas Ft. Worth Baby Expo

We had a great time last weekend at the Dallas/Ft. Worth Baby Expo! The best part was getting to spend the day with Bethany and the President of StrollerFit Mary Beth Knight! You know you are a part of a great company when you spend a few minutes with your President and are completely in awe of her knowledge and expertise! Again, this experience just re-affirms my belief that I truly am part of a company that cares deeply for families, moms, children and their well being. The slogan "building strong confident kids, by building strong confident moms" is really true!!
