The 8 week contest has begun. Let's see who can lose the most weight and inches over the next 8 weeks. The contest runs from Monday, March 23rd - Saturday, May 17th! It just so happens that Strollerfit is running a "Love your new mom body contest" within this challenge!
Those of you who are "on track" should have:
Set specific and realistic goals (your roadmap)
Are Currently keeping a food journal
Burning extra calories during the day by adding more movement to your day
Attending StrollerFit classes on a consistent basis
